Foundations Terms and Agreement:

By submitting payment below, you are enrolled in the Fall 2021 group of Foundations for Food Freedom and agree to the following terms:

• Participants respect and hold space for all members and their stories. All information shared in Foundations is kept confidential.

• Participants have a 2-week cancelation window from the time the program begins.

• Deena reserves the right to postpone or change class dates due to an emergency, illness, or other unchangeable event.
