My first experience with a Health Coach changed my life. It ignited a shift in my relationship with food, health, my body, and, ultimately, my path in life.

Now, 17 years later, my work is at the intersection of holistic health, time-tested nutritional modalities, cyclical living, nervous system regulation, conscious parenting, and eating psychology.

As a homeschooling/unschooling mom, creating the optimal environment for thriving is at the core of my work.

There’s no one-size-fits-all, prescriptive approach when it comes to food. Our time together provides a safe space to gain the tools to make real and sustainable changes for you and your unique family.
