A Conversation with Dr. Sabrina Koperski

I am so honored to bring my personal doctor, Dr. Sabrina Koperski ND, to you at this time when we all need support for health.

This was a live conversation in March of 2022, about 2 months after I had Covid (and not the “oh it’s just like a cold” variety). I was beyond grateful for the support from Dr. K while I was sick. Getting this thing 21 months in, there was obviously apprehension and concern, but I felt safe, supported, and optimistic throughout and I attribute a good deal of that to my doctor.

But it’s not just about one virus or one illness. Now, in the winter of 2022/2023, our bodies continue to need support and always will. So while this conversation was prompted by Covid, 95% of what we talk about can apply for overall prevention and treatment.

Let’s get real for a minute.

The, perhaps, difficult news take in: We all get sick, regardless of the measures we take. Even if you check all the boxes from your doctor, you’re still likely to come down with something this season.

The good (often not talked about!) news: There are data-driven, time-tested, practical, simple, and effective ways you can care for yourself and your family to mitigate the chance of serious impact now and in the long term. Y ou and your children deserve to have the knowledge, resources, and confidence to do so and I’m so glad to bring this to you.

It’s up to us to change the conversation in our homes to one of confidence and trust in our bodies.

You’re invited to a conversation Dr. Sabrina Koperski ND, all about the ways you can care for yourself and your family. I’ve worked with many practitioners over the years and Dr. K brings such a beautiful balance of deep medical/clinical experience with integrative therapies. She’s a mom of two, compassionate, an incredible listener, relatable, and loves nerding-out on everything you need to feel good.

With greater knowledge, habits, and resources available, that worry, fear, and overwhelm can be replaced by confidence and calm.

What we cover:

  • A supplement regimen to have on hand for the whole family.

  • What labs to do before getting sick to assess immune resilience.

  • What labs provide important information post-virus to mitigate the long-term impact and support your overall health?

  • What you can do during and after illness to support post-viral recovery.

  • Simple habits to introduce daily and when something is coming on.

  • Easy kitchen recipes to support optimal health

  • Our favorite easy tips to enhance the medicinal impact of everyday foods (one of my favorite topics!).

Gaining knowledge about why certain things happen in the body so you can reduce anxiety and concern. Do you know WHY we get body aches and that they are actually really productive?!

You don’t need to be an herbalist, a health coach, a chef, or have any specific training to create a culture of wellness in your home!

A desire to make small changes, while becoming more body-wise, is all it takes.
