Three months of coaching:
One 90-minute Zoom session to discuss your food story, history, health conditions, and get a full baseline of where things are for you and the family.
Six 60-minute coaching Zoom sessions.
Personalized plan: Together, we’ll create a tailored strategy for your family’s needs and food culture, making sure every piece is sustainable and realistic.
Access to me between sessions: Through email and voice messages, you’ll have direct access to me for ongoing support. This is where much of the real work happens as you navigate everyday challenges!
Clarity and confidence: Walk away with clear action steps that will help you feel empowered in your relationship with food and confident in supporting your family.

Three monthly payments of $600 OR
One upfront payment of $1700.

Your History & Story: First, we’ll dive into your own food story and body history. We all have a relationship with food—some experiences are positive, others less so. We’ll unpack yours to identify the root causes and inform how we move forward.
Current Challenges: We will explore the struggles you’re facing right now. What feels hard, frustrating, or confusing about food in your life? Let’s uncover those challenges and develop strategies to tackle them.
Food Rules: We’ll examine the rules and guidelines you have around food in your home. Whether they stem from your childhood, advice from others, or trends you’ve followed, we’ll identify what serves you and what doesn’t, so you can start letting go of restrictive food rules and step into freedom.
Your Family Members: Food is a family affair. By understanding each family member’s interests, preferences, strengths, and passions, we can create food experiences that resonate with everyone. A family is an ecosystem, and we’ll make sure that everyone’s needs are met, fostering a positive relationship with food for all.
The Kitchen: A well-designed kitchen can be a game-changer. Together, we’ll create a space that encourages creativity, nourishment, and ease. We’ll tailor it to fit your family’s unique ages, needs, and interests, making it a welcoming place for everyone.
Nutrition 101: If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the complexities of nutrition, we’ll break it down into easy-to-understand concepts. With a foundational understanding of nutrition, shopping, reading labels, and meal prepping will feel more intuitive and fun.
Holistic and Integrative Health: Food and body go hand-in-hand with your overall health. We’ll dive into understanding your body’s unique needs and how to support it in a holistic, integrative way. If you’re working with a health professional, I’m happy to collaborate with them to develop a personalized wellness plan.
Intuitive & Embodied Eating: Say goodbye to diet dogma and hello to a nourishing, intuitive approach to eating. We’ll explore eating psychology to help you build a mindful and positive relationship with food that you can model for your family.
