You've heard of cleanses and detox, but what does that really mean?

This refers to intentional time dedicated to giving your body extra support and the transition to Spring is the perfect time for this.  Nature is budding with growth and renewal and it's time for renewal in your body as well.  Historically humans have always taken time to give their bodies additional support.   Yes, your body has perfectly designed systems and organs to detoxify, but with everything we are exposed to in this modern world, we need to give our bodies some extra love. 

Here's the reality:

We are inundated every day.  There are toxins in our food, air, water, body products, make-up, containers, the list goes on!  Did you know that there are more than 80,000 chemicals on the market today and many don’t have any safety data?  This means that you are eating and exposing yourself to toxic chemicals on a regular basis and no one is regulating this. 

No wonder you don't feel well!

Control what you can and worry less about the things that you can't.

Of course you can't control everything all day, but you do have a lot more control than you think.  Some of the hidden toxins will shock you! I'll share with you the things to avoid and a handy list you can keep on your phone or in your wallet at all times to reference.  Make changes at a pace that works for you!

  • The Spring Detox Program is all about integrating simple changes into your life on a daily basis and encouraging those around you to do the same.  We are creating a web of wellness and renewal as we transition into Spring!
  • Every day I will post a simple, practical, and easy tip in the Facebook Group.
